The Israel Loring Elementary School, Woodside Rd., Sudbury, MA

The original Loring School was a synagogue for many years but was just demolished and replaced with this new building and is now used, again, as a school..

The General John J. Nixon Elementary School, Concord Rd., Sudbury, MA

(The original Loring School looked exactly the same.)

The Josiah Haynes Elementary School, Haynes Rd., Sudbury, MA

The Haynes School appearance remains relatively unchanged.

The Fairbanks Community Center, Fairbanks Rd., Sudbury, MA

The old Fairbanks School has been converted into a Community Center housing a town pool and various town offices.  Fields, a playground and skateboard park are across the street.

The Horsepond Elementary School, Horsepond Rd., Sudbury, MA.  The Horsepond School was the Mass Firefighting Academy but is now a State Crime Lab.

 

The Peter Noyes Elementary School, Old Sudbury Rd., Sudbury, MA.  The school remains unchanged.

 

The Curtis Middle School, Pratts Mill Rd., Sudbury, MA

 A new middle school was built on the fields behind the original Jr. High.  The original Jr. High was then demolished and the fields are now in front.

Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, Lincoln Rd., Sudbury, MA

The high school remains virtually unchanged.  The town has voted to build a brand new high school and will eventually demolish our alma mater. (Visit www.lsrhs.net to see plans for the new high school.)

The Goodnow Library, Concord Rd., Sudbury, MA

The library has had a large edition added to the rear of the building (a side view).

Mill Village, Boston Post Rd., Sudbury, MA

The original Mill Village sustained serious fire damage a few years ago.  The stores and offices have been rebuilt on the same site.

The site of the former Sudbury Apothecary and Marrone's Bake Shoppe...  they are both missed.

Imagine... a Dunkin Donuts in Sudbury, what's next? (Across from Mill Village)

The Sudbury Bowladrome was demolished and replaced with an Assisted Living Center

The 99 Restaurant has been a few things over the years... now its a Mexican restaurant.
